V: I'm not sure how far you're from Olathe, Kansas but if it's close enough to you call and find Rolland Gilliand. He's one of the best safe manipulators out there...plus he's one of the nicest guys around anywhere. I've known Rollin for nearly twenty years and if anyone hs the patience to manipulate the Hall's 130# lock Rolland does.
