One interesting thing about mine is that it is 4 turns left, 2 turns right 1 turn left and then right to open, not the 4,3,2,1 sequence that has been talked about in these threads. Then something's not right! No safe (correctly) dials that way. I strongly suggest that you have it looked at and serviced. It may work fine for a few months or even a year, but eventually, it's probably going to lock you out. And then it's going to cost you more to have it opened and repaired.
