The numbers are the number of turns in each direction. Turn the dial four times to the Left (counter clockwise) stopping on 72 the fourth time. Turn the dial three times right (clockwise) stopping on 39 after passing it twice. Stop the third time. Turn the dial two times left stopping on 66 the second time it comes up. Turn the dial right slowly until it comes to a stop. There will be some tension as you get to the last point of stopping as this retracts the lock bolt. Turn the handle to open.
