Try this:

3 x Right to 1st #
2 x Left to 2nd #
1 x Right to 3rd #
Turn the dial left to stop.

IF THAT DOESN'T WORK TRY:

4 x Left to 1st #
3 x Right to 2nd #
2 x Left to 3rd #
1 x Right to stop

If those do not work call a local reputable safe technician in your area.
