To whom it may concern: I purchased a Sequiam BioVault 2.0 safe a few years back. It is an entirely electronic safe with no traditional safe components. It worked well for years but recently I attempted to open it with no success. The system accepts my fingerprint, and makes a clicking sound (which is supposed to be followed by the safe doors swinging open) and nothing else. Sequiam no longer exists and I have not been able to troubleshoot this issue with the owner's manual or any literature online. Most locksmiths are unfamiliar with it.
