Old Alpine Safe & Lock Co. Safe (Value and Parts)

I have a half size safe on cater wheels that appears to be very old. I cannot find a manufactures date or serial number. It painted on the front and inside the front door with the following: David Howe & Son Alpine Safe & Lock Co. Cincinnati, O. U.S.A. It appears that the combination lock was taken off so you can open it directly to the key lock door. Could of questions: 1.Can I still find an original combination lock to add back on to the safe? 2. Does the safe have any value? Thanks Brian
