We purchased a home that had a huge Cary safe in the shop. It is on wheels and has a patent date of Sept. 14, 1890. We had the combination, but after a shop fire, the combo got burned up. The safe has only smoke damage and a little bubbling of the paint, but we would like to figure out how to open this and use it again. My husband thinks it had 5 or maybe 6 numbers before it opened. Can this be figured out? If so, what type of locksmith do we need to get to help us? |
