safe won't open

I have a old Hall's safe that I have opened before but for some reason won't open now. I have the combination numbers on a piece of paper that has the date 1912 on the bottom. I also have the serial number that is on the safe handle. I can't remember how many turns to dial for each number. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You
