Left, right, left, right. 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 (dial stops by self) e.g. 10 - 20 - 30 10 four times left stopping the fourth time you see it, then reverse the rotation to the right (CW) and pass 20 two times, stopping on 20 the third time you see it. Reverse directions again (CCW) and pass 30 once and stop on it the second time you see it. Reverse the dial one more time and slowly turn till it stops. (should stop between 80-20) Good luck...
