Does anyone know the the story on the safe shown on the cover of Safe & Vault Technology October 1986 Volume One, Number Five? I believe it is a York and I also think it may be sitting in my garage. The reason I think this is because the one in my garage has the same letters "E" and "F" over the two doors. If it is the same it is not in nearly that condition anymore but I would really like to restore it. The problem is I have no idea how the get off the rust to restore the jeweling or jiggering I guess you may call it. Anyway if anyone knows any back story on the safe I would appreciate to hear from you. Thanks, Jacob |
