Jon,

I am 30 minutes North of you in Berks/Lebanon.

Russell is first rate. Walk into his shop and see the restoration work he has done. There is a fully restored cannonball sitting there as well as photos of others he has done. He is completely trustworthy. I have personally referred people there. I wouldn't think twice about him working on my own personal safes if needed.

Wizard is also fine. They have an excellent reputation in Lancaster. Larry is a Certified Master Locksmith and has been in the industry for well over 20 years. I have personally been with him on auto jobs and he is a first rate tech.

I can comfortably recommend both establishments. I can also say that both prices are right in line. I would be $300 for entry and combo if wanted, but add extra for the repair - as the case may be.

If you would like another reference for these shops, I can pass along a name of a well established Locksmith in your area. Feel free to email or call me.
You're in good hands down there. :-)
