Jon,

You can try the search links at the top of the main "Public" page here. Clearstar Security Network (CSN) and the Safe & Vault Technician's Association (SAVTA) are a good place to start.

You may want to look for those with CPS, CMST, RST, CJS, or CMS after their names. These folks have been tested and are "certified".

HOWEVER... Not having "alphabet sour" after ones name does NOT necessarily mean that they aren't a qualified tech. An excellent example is Mr Dunckel! He is one of the best in the business, and he has no letters. But he's ten times the safe technician that I am. (So letters don't mean everything)

Whomever you contact, talk to them enough so that you'll get a "feel" for how much experience they have. Then choose the one that you feel the most comfortable with. (Not just the cheapest one!)
