Dont give up. Look in your yellow pages under safes. Call several licensed contractors who advertise that they "service" safes. Get that safe serviced, combination decoded or reset. It would be unfortunate if you got the handle to turn by "luck" and your beauty of a safe was locked shut.You can also do a technican search by state on this site who happen to Safe and Vault Tech.
