Larry: Foley & Williams are most likey the original purchasers of the safe, not the manufacturers. I've never heard that name before. Anyway, this site is not here to provide safe opening methods to the general public. Since you want to have the safe opened without damage you most likely would want someone to manipulate it open. This takes years of practice to perform effectively and cannot be taught over the internet. If you can provide alittle more info to where Stillwater, Pa is I can probably refer you to competent safe tech. Stillwater, Pa is not on my atlas.. Dave LaBarge |
