Can't Open Floor Safe (Combo + Key)

I found an old cylindrical floor safe in my new house. The label reads Intersec Miami, FL, [serial number], Subway. I was given the combo and a bag of keys (none of which seem to fit). I've searched for Intersec and can't seem to find anyone to contact. What should my next steps be to either get it opened or replaced?
