Sorry, I must have got distracted after reading your post...

Anyway, this should work...

Going by the serial number you provided, 158230, the lock should be a Yale lock whose dialing direction are as follows:

5 x Right to 1st #
4 x Left to 2nd #
3 x Right to 3rd #
2 x Left to 4th #
1 x Right to stop.

This should open the lock if the numbers are correct. Hope you get it open.
