You have a jewelers chest that has a LOBC combination lock. This means the back cover is "Locked On By Combination". Another term is "Locked On Back Cover" using the same lettering sequence. Either way, you need to know the present combination to remove the lock's back cover and also know how and where to dial it.

However, there are a couple of ways to remove the back cover without knowing the combination. Unfortunately they are not published on a public forum such as this. These types of locks were manufactured to prevent unauthorized tampering or combination changing of the combination lock.
