Hi Sonia, A Miwa key is a registered and protected key. To get a copy, you will need to have the authorization card that came with the key and be the person that card and key is registered to. If not, you will need to get another copy of the key from the person you got the original from. If this is not an option, likely you will have to have the lock rekeyed by someone that is an authorized Miwa dealer. I would suggest calling Miwa technical support to find the nearest dealer to where you are. Their phone number is 888 888 2753. They can best advise you as to your options. I wish you well. CDL |
