Antique Safe Wheel

I'm looking for the help of a Kansas City area locksmith. I've got an antique safe and the wheel was broken off but the wheel housing is still attached to the bottom of the safe. I've got a replacement wheel housing/wheel that is similar (the two holes should line up in the same spots). I've tried getting the broken wheel housing off but it's difficult due to the square bolt heads and that it's all underneath the safe. Hoping someone could help me with taking off the broken wheel housing and replacing it with the similar wheel housing/wheel I've got. Thanks, Steve
