Call around to safe companies and ask the people you talk with if they are proficient in manipulation, which is a process for opening without damage. Even if your safe must be drilled there are ways to drill it open and repair it without destroying it.

Since you have two of three numbers (assuming they're correct) your other option is to compose a (potentially long) list of test combinations using the numbers you have in various positions and combining them with all possibilities for the unknown. This can be tedious, not to mention frustrating, especially when there's no guarantee the numbers you "think" you know are correct.

Better to find and hire a safe technician who won't destroy it.
