I have a new in the box Yale 0700 lock in front of me and the dialing is as you have posted...4L, 3R, 2L 1R (to stop). Dial as Scribblers says and your safe should open...You'll feel a slight "drop" as the last wheel aligns and then continue right to retract the locking bolts and pull the door open. I'm guessing it's a small Meilink home safe.... Dave |
