There are a couple of things to factor:

Does everything on the safe work properly?
Combination available, handles, bolts move smoothly, doors swing open and closed without extra effort.

Are you trying to sell it to avoid haulaway fees?
This is common after people who want to get rid of a big old safe get moving/disposal quotes.

If someone does buy it, are you delivering it to the eventual buyer? If yes, do you have the means of delivering it?

If the buyer must come and get it, will you insist the buyer has proper moving equipment (or hires a mover who does)?

Will you insist that whoever visits your premises to move it also has insurance along with proper equipment?

These kinds of questions tend to come up later instead of before. Answering them before is usually better.
