I dealt with ASSA for years working for Lockheed Martin. Myself and some engineers determined it to be faulty and non exactly bump resistant. I ripped it out of 15 buildings and went with Schlage Primus. Bump keys are no more of a threat that busting a window, wrenching off a mortise cylinder, or just picking the lock. If someone wants in, they will get in. Make your customers aware, but don't try to scare them into a sale saying this is how people are breaking into places now. In Southeast D.C. they still use the old method of crowbar and force. |
