Need inner lock for Hall's Safe-Cincinatti

Looking for the inner door lock mechanism for my Hall's Safe. Dated inscriptions on safe April 3rd 1906. The lock was secured by 4 screws. The screw holes in the inner door are 3 7/8 across the top by 3 high. I can provide a photo if anyone has a lock that seems close. I think the lock was oopened with a key. Ted
