An Amvault would be a good choice for both fire and burglary protection. The CF 2518 would be more expensive since it's a TL-30 verses a TL-15 safe. But you get more burglary protection. Basicly the difference is a UL rated safe for 15 man minutes against commonly available tools to breach the door or body of the safe verses 30 man minutes for a TL-30 safe.

The Graffunder is a well made safe from what I've heard but it is a well made Gun Safe... I don't know it's UL rating if any...
