I saw that episode as well. I am a research nut so I looked it up and Carnegie Steel made it, Bethlehem "armorized it" if that is a word and I think Diebold installed it. The Morgan archives say it weighs 52 tons and is 4 feet thick. It now houses the pool of a condo complex because apparently the developer could not remove it LOL |
