Hi Guys:Have a question that may seem strange but a friend of mine is in commercial real estate in NYC. One of his managed properties is 115 Broadway and he told me there is an old vault that used to belong to the National Copper Bank in 1907 in the subbasement that is made of battleship style armor plate 14" thick. Is that possible? 14" sounds very extreme. Would that qualify for one of the strongest vaults in the world? He also mentioned he was in a bank on wall street recently that has a vault door over 4' thick in the basement. Is that possible as well?? Thanks for any info and sorry to bug you guys with questions from a total amateur but I find this interesting. Happy New year!
