Jim: Safe values depend on a number of factors. First is overall condition of the safe. Other factors included location, difficulty of moving/removing, shipping (if required), and probably most importantly how common the safe and lock maker was. Cary is a common safe and your question is by far the most common placed on this site. Value is basicly what you can get for it in your market. Some sell very cheap, some in very nice condition sell for much more..if you can find the right buyer. North Dakota's location might seem alittle difficult to find the right buyer for your safe so I would try placing a local internet ad or ad in a reasonably priced local newpaper. Good Luck.
