Pat: The value would depend on the safe maker, condition and ease of moving/removing the safe. Different safes would sell at varying prices around the country. An uncommon cast iron antique would probably sell for more on the west coast due to alot of the safes would be older than the actual buyers cities. Most common fire safes are worth maybe a couple of hundred dollars. However, there are alot of safes out there that are free for the taking...a homeowner or business owner may just want it out of their way so remove it it's theirs...
