Ken Dunckel, very appreciative of your effort. since i dialed the combo a gazillion times, i know that often i dialed incorrectly as well as correctly. in the next few days i'll get fired up to tackle it again and will be extremely mindful of your advise....if....it remains unopened would that indicate a mechanical problem??? or is there something else to look for??? and i will never use capitals again....lol...ps...the safe was moved from the u p of mi about a year ago...never was dropped but perhaps the handling may have caused malfunction... |
