We are seeking a Locksmith in the major areas of Georgia including Atlanta, Cobb, Cherokee, Fulton and Monroe counties. Responsibilities Perform mechanical or basic electronic troubleshooting and product service. Assist with the installation of electronic projects as needed, i.e.: access control. Submit complete and accurate paperwork in a timely manner. Respond to customer inquires to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction. Provide customer education while at the customers location. Maintain clean and safe work environment using the correct tools properly. Knowledge/Experience Must have General Locksmith knowledge and low voltage background. Safe lock combination changing and servicing. Knowledge to create, expand master key systems is preferable. Knowledge of safe and vault doors. In-depth knowledge of safe deposit box servicing, opening and repair. In-depth knowledge of safes, vaults, time locks and related hardware. Knowledge of industry standards; BMHA, ASTM, DHI, and UL are helpful. Knowledge of building code standards and life safety codes helpful. Knowledge of a variety of mechanical products and services. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work beyond standard working hours occasionally and participate in an on-call. Ability to work independently on customer sites. Ability to meet deadlines and have a strong time management and organizational skills. Skills or experience with personal computers including E-Mail, word processing, electronic scheduling and spreadsheet. A valid state drivers license with no restrictions is required for this position. Field Service Knowledge Must have basic Field Service knowledge. Knowledge of Pneumatic drive up equipment. Needs to have electronic and mechanical abilities CCTV and Alarm experience a plus.
